We all know you can’t out train a bad diet. Eating healthy isn’t difficult, BUT it does require a little education, planning, and execution. We encourage eating real, unprocessed foods in the appropriate quantities. Quality protein sources, various fruits and vegetables, natural starches and healthy fats are the foundation of health. The occasional treat isn’t frowned upon, as long as the majority of your diet is made up of the good stuff!
 The MOST IMPORTANT aspect of following a sound nutrition plan is daily accountability. We encourage taking pictures of everything you eat, entering into the app, and allowing the coach to give tips, feedback and encouragement to keep you on track.
For the majority of clients the general guidelines above with coaching accountability is sufficient in achieving your goals and improving your body composition and performance. If you are interesting in learning more, the Body Composition Assessment will provide a report that details the specific number of calories and macronutrients to consume to achieve your goal. We don’t require weighing and measuring food, but doing so for 2-4 weeks will provide life long tools to better understand your needs.
